[wg-all] OGF downtime 6pm-midnight CDT today

All - We will be having some downtime for the OGF servers today from  
6pm-midnight CDT.  The outage will effect www.ogf.org and  
forge.gridforum.org, and likely won't last the entire scheduled time.
