Two new documents are added to the GridForge Editor project "Author
Guidelines and Templates" area, accessible via
https://forge.gridforum.org/projects/ggf-editor/

These documents provide information about using the "OGSA" name, and
the GFSG's statement on the evolution of standards balancing
innovation versus interoperability.
