[wg-all] Four new documents now in public comment

Four documents have entered public comment, in addition to the
eleven that are already in public comment (some of those will end
their public comment period in a week).

Please visit this link to read the documents, view public comments,
and make public comments.  Public comments are a very important part
of the standards document process, and your comments are valuable to
authors in improving their documents.

All four documents are on the Recommendation track, and are in
60-day public comment:

1. Configuration Description, Deployment, and Lifecycle Management
   (CDDLM) Deployment API

2. OGSATM WSRF Basic Profile 1.0

3. Use of SAML for OGSI Authorization

4. Web Services Agreement (WS-Agreement) Specification
