[wg-all] GridForge Scheduled Maintenance March 9-10

GGF will be performing some updates to the GridForge software and server on 
March 9 and 10, during US business hours.  We will do everything we can to 
reduce the amount of downtime during these upgrades.  However, you may 
experience some brief periods where GridForge will not be available on 
these dates.
