[UR-WG] IMPORTANT: Next phone meeting will be the 23nd of January

Dear all,

Due to clashes with other meetings on Tuesday the usual meeting is 
postponed to Wednesday. The time is not set yet but should be either at 
10:00 or 15:30 CET.
