[UR-WG] Agenda fo next phone meeeting on 17.01.2012 at 15:00 CET

Hi all,

Indeed the date was wrong. The phone meeting is today at 15:00 CET.
In this email you can find a revised version of the charter to be 
discussed at the phone (we should discuss the dates, I just added 
something more realistic than 2005...)
