[UR-WG] UR session @ OGF31 and latest storage accounting record draft from EMI

Hi,

OGF31 is approaching rapidly and there will be a session on "Next Generation Usage Records". A part of the session will about storage accounting, so I would like to draw your attention to the latest draft of EMI's definition of a storage accounting.
