[UR-WG] OGF28 - and URs for storage accounting

Hi Andrea,

I'm based in Munich so will obviously be attending the OGF meeting. If 
you are in Munich it would be good to talk.
If not I would be happy to swap some mails etc about this.

I'm interested in seeing what's there and how this evolves and can give 
some of my time to this.
