[ur-wg] Usage Record Session in Athens, Greece

Since the Usage Records Format Recommendation has entered its public 
comment period, it's probably a good idea to have a session at the upcoming 
GGF meeting to talk about how to handle the comments that will be made on 
the document. Since none of the original authors are still active in GGF, 
it's even more important to get some new people involved to help wrap this up.

I have requested one 45 minute session at GGF16 for us to strategize. :-)
