This would only seem to be more of an issue if we are moving from (I 
believe) our current consensus model to a formal voting model. If we are 
sticking with consensus then there is still a danger of a group 
'weighting' discussions but we have that for years without too many 
problems with it.

Is something broken enough to fix it?
