really can not a regrets message would be appreciated and give us some
encouragement).  We need your participation - it is very difficult to make
progress without it.   On this occasion we hope to hear from Dieter (and
anyone else who was lucky enough to be able to attend GGF13 in Seoul
recently) on what happened overall at GGF13 and especially what happened at
the Transaction  Management Research group session.   If time permits we
shall also take a look again at the Use Case document and continue the work
to pull together an interim report.
