India plans to develop its own computer OS

Any gradeschool child can read the fucking manual and create their own
OS, the reason there are no working options is due to aggressive and
murderous attacks by us dept commerce, secret service, and entire
military units which depend on intentionally soft targets for pay. Ask
DOJ why they sponsor organized crime and terrorist exploits yourself.
