CALL FOR PAPERS

International Workshop on Semantics
in Virtual Organizations and Web Services
------------------------------------------------------------------------
International Workshop on Semantics in Virtual Organizations and Web
Services
In conjunction with
The IEEE/ACM/WIC International conference on Web Intelligence
18-22 December 2006, Hong Kong Convention Center, Hong Kong, China
Aims: Virtual organizations and web services have caught enormous research
efforts over the last few years and become a new research field. It has been
increasingly recognized that semantic issues and semantic description
frameworks
play an essential and crucial role in the semantic grid and the semantic
web.
Focusing on the research and applications in the fields of virtual
organizations
(the semantic grid) and web services, this workshop is intended to provide
researchers an idea-exchange forum for their initial studies and practices
in semantic and conceptual modeling based approaches to VO and WS
constructions
and development.
