[SECURITY-AREA] stepping down as AD

Dear Security Area Members,

My term as a Security Area AD is expiring and I will be stepping down as of the end of April '08.  It has been a fun and rewarding experience. I hope to see you at future OGFs, though I will miss OGF23 due to prior commitments.
