Attendees:
Alan Sill
Dan Romascanu
Andrew Watson
Tony Rutkowski
Mark Carlson

Dan reported on the SCIM - Simple Cloud Identity Management BOF in Paris.
Overall it went pretty well. A mailing list was formed and the group is
in chartering.
Mailing list: https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/scim

Alan asked about a contact for the SCIM work. Dan mentioned that the
mailing list should be used to communicate coordination work.
Dan also mentioned that the IETF is being very careful not to duplicate
work, and the charter process is where this is sorted out.

There is work being contemplated in the Ops Area, but nothing concrete
as of yet.

Alan mentioned that OGF is getting involved in the TMF Forum cross-SDO
work on Cloud Service Agreements.
OGF presented WS-Agreement to the group. TMF has extensive work on
business relationships. OGF is working on establishing an official alliance.
This related to the NIST service taxonomy group. Emerging from all these
efforts is an attempt to define metrics that can be used consistently.

SNIA, ETSI and OGF are continuing work on cloud plugfest plans and tools
to support ongoing plugfests. The next plugfest is mid-June and has
locations in Amsterdam, Chicago and Shenzhen.

Tony is representing ETSI TCLI (Technical Committee on Lawful
Interception) and he is a co-rapporteur on two projects there. The TCLI
plenary will occur in three weeks in Amsterdam.

He also reported on the ITU-T cloud work. There was a JCA-cloud meeting
where they coordinated with various SDOs. They have a list of activities
on cloud. He will share a draft of the latest survey with this group.
They have identified around 200 groups.

Mark reported on his attendance at the OpenStack Design Summit and
Conference. There was some interest in standardization of the
interfaces, but there was a broad set of opinions on this and no clear
direction overall.

Alan mentioned the relationship with the academic community and
standards. DMTF is putting together a plan to capture research ideas and
disseminate them to the academic community. OGF would like to coordinate
with that activity as well.

Next meeting will be May 22nd at the usual time.
