Attendees:

Andrew Watson
Mark Carlson
Dan Romascanu
Alan Sill

Dan reported on IETF Cloud work:
Data Center networks has added some cloud work.
Operations and Management has some new work as well.
For Data Center management there are some new participants (some from
China).
CDNI has been chartered as a new group to do Content Distribution standards
that are related to cloud as well.
IETF in general is trying to determine if there are problems not yet
being solved
by other standards groups.
The IETF is having their next meeting (IETF 81) at the end of the month
in Quebec City.

Alan updated us on OGF:
OGF is planning the next meeting (OGF32) to coincide with [1]
<http://www.ogf.org/SAUCG> Workshop on Science Agency
Uses of Clouds and Grids. Not much OCCI activity planned.
There is an IEEE conference: http://eventseer.net/e/16375/ planned for
Athens, Greece in
November. Alan is chairing a panel on Interoperability and Standards.
OGF 33 will be in Lyon, France and may coordinate a SIENA meeting there
as well.

Mark updated folks on the SNIA plugfest next week that will have a good
mix of cloud
storage (CDMI) and cloud computing (OCCI) implementations. SNIA is
starting to work
on the next version (1.1) of CDMI and has a technical meeting in Chicago
this month.

DMTF cloud work is proceeding and looking to harmonize with the OGF's
OCCI work.
There may be a work in progress draft this summer.
