[scrm-wg] Motes from SCRM/Cloud Meeting Monday September 18th

I apologize for not attending the meeting yesterday. Yom Kippur is a
holiday in Israel. 
 
One item I would like to inform the WG is that the IESG approved the
formation of the VWRAP WG in the IETF. I will forward later the
announcement which includes the final approved version of the charter.
