Notes:

Mark talked about the alliance partner technical symposium from the DMTF.
There will be session on the new DMTF policy language and one on the 
management frameworks work going on in SNIA.

Mark mentioned that there is an early draft of the Management Framework
architecture at:
http://www.snia.org/publicreview/
He will create a wiki entry for the work since it is now public.

Dan talked about a new group in the IETF operations area that will meet 
for the first
time in Chicago. Dan will send a pointer to the charter and scope.

Joel updated us on alliance activities at OGF and mentioned that there 
may soon be new area directors and SCRM may be getting more resources as 
a result.
