Joel created Wiki accounts for individuals. The email integration is not 
working yet,
so some functionality may be limited. We incorporated Bert's suggestions
into the latest document. This included clarifying the difference 
between information
models and data models (per RFC 3444) and adding an acronyms appendix.

Mark then uploaded the document to the Wiki site so that we can each 
modify the
document as needed. See:
