Attached is a first-cut draft Table of Contents of SCRM landscape document. It is very early draft for discussion. (1) Each chapter includes similar specifications. "??" mark means I am not sure this spec is in this group. Red text means its summary is not submitted yet. (2) This TOC is as sort of taxonomy. If you want to add/modify/delete/merge/split some of these chapters. (3) Each chapter is a territory (or part of landscape). I expect each chapter consists of three parts. #1 Overview of this territory; e.g. purpose, scope, consumers. #2 Outline of involved specs, their coverage, gaps, overlaps. #3 Subsections for each spec. Text will be copied form "Q2: A short statement of the purpose and function of the specification" of summary sheet. Talk to you on Monday. ---- Hiro Kishimoto > -----Original Message----- > From: owner-scrm-private at ggf.org [mailto:owner-scrm-private at ggf.org] On Behalf Of > Hiro Kishimoto > Sent: Saturday, April 30, 2005 7:36 AM > To: scrm-private at ggf.org > Subject: [scrm-pvt] Joint SDOs next call (May 9th) proposed agenda > > Hi all, > > The following is a proposed agenda for SCRM telecon on May 9th Monday > from 8am to 9am (CDT). > > The dial-in info for the next Joint SDO call on May 9th (Monday). > 6am(PDT) = 8am(CDT) = 9am(EDT) = 2pm(UK) = 3pm(CET) = 10pm(JST) > > Dial-in information for this call is as follows: > US dial-in: 1-888-455-3044 > Int'l dial-in: 1-210-839-8611 > passcode: 42984. > > [TO DO] > To read the latest "Landscape summary table" and populate the summary sheet > accordingly. > > - Landscape summary table > https://forge.gridforum.org/projects/scrm-private/document/landscape-summary- > tab > le/ > - Latest summary template (v3.5) > https://forge.gridforum.org/projects/scrm-private/document/sdo-template-draft/ > > > The proposed agenda for the upcoming call: > > [AGENDA] > (1) Early discussion (10 minutes) > - telecon minutes approval. > https://forge.gridforum.org/projects/scrm-private/document/minutes-20050404/ > - Agenda Bashing > > (2) Landscape project: (30 minutes) > Review submitted summary information and discuss the next "analysis" process. > > (3) Press release discussion: (20 minutes) > We agree to issue press release around GGF14 in June. > Discuss how to prepare this press release and decide schedule > > (4) Wrap up > > Thanks, > ---- > Hiro Kishimoto > -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed... They are fully based on our signed MoU and our discussions. Although we plan to review these documents at the upcoming SCRM call on June 6th, I would give a big welcome to questions and/or comments by email in advance. After getting green light at the next SCRM call, I will revise and submit these documents to GGF steering group for approval. If it runs smoothly, the WG is approved before GGF14 (June 27).
