Hi Hiro,

As promised on previous conference call, please find
attached sdo form completed for TMF / NGOSS - Release 4.5
specification.  As also promised, I attach Release Notes for
Release 4.5 for further overview information.

Looking in my diary, I see a clash of conference calls for
me for Monday April 4th - but will attend if circumstances
change.
