[scrm-pvt] Private project page is now available

Hi all,

Private project page (SCRM private) is now available at:
https://forge.gridforum.org/projects/scrm-private

SCRM stands for "Standards development organizations Collaboration 
on networked Resources Management."

I've registered folks who already have GridForge account as project
member (Mark Linesch, Todd Guay, Vincent Franceschini, Ian Foster,
Charlie Catlett, David Snelling, Andrea Westerinen).

If you do not yet have GridForge account, please create your account at
