Hi all,

Per requests, I've added Jay Unger (GGF OGSA-WG) and Brian 
Carpenter (IETF chairman) to SCRM mailing list and project page.

If your institution designates experts for the SCRM, please let
me know, I will make him or her subscribe for the SCRM mailing-list 
and enroll him/her as a GridForge SCRM project member on the spot.
