[scrm-pvt] Joint SDOs next call (May 9th) proposed agenda

Hiro, My apologies for being absent for the last few months (I had some
difficult Cisco deliverables, then vacation and I returned to find that part
of my house was destroyed in a fire).  Anyway, I intend to re-engage and had
one comment on the Table of Contents ...  CIM can also be used to describe
deployment and configuration.  

Could this be added to the document?
