[sched-chairs] Status GSA-RG

[Stephen Pickles]

A call _is_ scheduled for today, as reported in the
notes of the last one.

I'm unsure about the time - summer time started in the
UK on Sunday morning. Does anyone know if summer time
has started in the US yet?
