[SAGA-RG] SAGA-Python 0.10 Released

Dear all,

we have released saga-python 0.10. It is available via PyPi:https://pypi.python.org/pypi/saga-python/0.10. The full change log can be found at https://github.com/saga-project/saga-python/blob/master/CHANGES.md. 

This release addresses an issues with lingering PBS and SGE submission scripts that can fill up /tmp.
