[SAGA-RG] SAGA-Python 0.9.14 released

Dear all,

we have release saga-python 0.9.14. It is available via PyPi: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/saga-python/0.9.14. The full change log can be found here: https://github.com/saga-project/saga-python/blob/master/CHANGES.md.

Besides plenty of bug fixes (e.g. for the SGE adaptor [1]), the new release also comes with adaptors for Platform LSF and IBM LoadLeveler [2] queueing system.
