[SAGA-RG] Session planning for OGF39

The ones which are done and agreed? :)  Well, probably not surprising,
we did not get any public comments (the horse has been beaten to death
I guess), so it is hanging in the pipeline.  It might get published
w/o comments anyways, but if we could solicitate some comments and
possibly discuss those at OGF, we should be able to push the spec out,
finally...
