[SAGA-RG] demo application at OGF30

Sure, feel free to use the demo!  But please note that it does not use
bigjob, but instead starts the client jobs as normal saga jobs.

the README there should get you started.  Please let me know if you
have trouble to get the demo running - apart from me, nobody used that
demo, yet, so I am not sure if the documentation is sufficiently
complete and correct...

And yes, I would be very happy to include a NAREGI site into our demo
setup! :-D  FWIW, our live demo is at
