[SAGA-RG] OGF-31

Dear Andre,

Unfortunately, Japan has big earthquakes these days. Considering such 
serious situations here, I and other KEK people decided to cancel to 
attend OGF31. So, we cannot join SAGA sessions at OGF31 this time. We 
are so sorry.
