[SAGA-RG] saga related document in OGF's public comment

please note that Geoffrey Fox, Shantenu and I submitted a
informational document to OGF, which tries to put Grids,
Clouds, and various other concepts into relation to each
other.  That document is now in public comment, and we would
sincerely appreciate honest and critical comments.
