[saga-rg] Geodise SAGA Java bindings

Hi,

I have been maintaining Java bindings of the draft strawman SAGA API. I 
have been doing this to enable me to evaluate and comment upon the API, 
and as the basis of future work.

I have made Java bindings based upon version 1.4 of the strawman, and a 
superficial local SAGA implementation available for download. They are 
available here:

I would welcome any feedback upon these bindings, although I will 
shortly be off-line for a couple of weeks.
