Here are a few omissions from the strawman api document.

  -4.24 ns_directory.change_dir() should throw BadParameter, 
DoesNotExist, IncorrectState

  -4.25 ns_directory.remove(), touch() should also throw DoesNotExist

  -4.26 ns_entry.close() is not documented

  -4.27 convert() is not in the SIDL

  -4.28 Job.run() is not in the SIDL or the details
