[saga-rg] SAGA Use Cases

Hi Group, 

the SAGA use cases have been made part of the GGF Use Case
Repositoyr (prototype).  They are now somewhat easier to
browse and to access at:

  http://fs0.das2.cs.vu.nl:9090/twiki-test/bin/view/UseCases

This URL might movi into the .ggf.org domain after GGF15.

Use case authors: you are welcome to edit the use case meta
data at that location (its a wiki).  No login is required
for now.
