[RUS-WG] Reminder for todays RUS&UR teleconference.

Hi everybody,

I just wanted to remind you that we have scheduled a teleconference for the 
RUS and UR WGs today from 12:30-13:30 CET. This teleconference will be held 
using skype.

I will be available in skype (name: nonameseu) and welcome participants.

The preliminary agenda:
- Date and time of next teleconference
- The new UR schema
- Draft 19 of the RUS specification
- RUS Charter
