[RUS-WG] UR-WG group future

Hi UR team,

  at OGF20 there were several discussions and one of them was that the
acting co-chair Laura will step down as a chair. Is this still the idea?

Furthermore, are there any plans about other co-chairs for UR-WG currently?

An update of the status of the group would be very much appreciated by the
RUS-WG team since we depend on UR-WG.
