[RUS-WG] Charter material for todays phone conference

Hi Akram,

great news, since I usually only work during mornings!
In this case we could have a VRVS session tomorrow, Wednesday
11:00-12:00 CET (that should be 10:00-11:00 GMT?!), if that is ok for you?

I have reserved the VRVS room "Mountain" for that time!
