[RUS-WG] RUS teleconf confirmation (28th)

Dear RUS team,

(1)
I will attend the telcon and would like to encourage others to attend as
well.

(2)
Additional topics for the agenda are as follows:

- RUS sessions at OGF20
- divide works on specifications/charter

(3)
I will collect a list of people and their Skype accounts:

If there are others that would like to join please send me your skype

Furthermore, Skype only suits 5 people with a single core (10 with dual
core).

         PS: I apology to send you document so late, it is just because i
got a very busy week, and just finished it.The document is "change tracked"
so that you can have an overview about changes to version 1.7. The document
is not available at gridforge site at the moment, it is because i need to
get internal comments at first and double checked before put it as pulbic
view. 
 
        Also, could you please also forward this email to relevant peers who
may interest in.
