Where is the current draft of the RUS specification?

The latest draft on gridforge is dated February 2004.

The "old web page" linked to from gridorge appears
to have been last updated at GGF9.

There is a version on a site in Manchester
  http://www.sve.man.ac.uk/Research/AtoZ/MCS/RUS/index_html
that pre-dates the simplifications agreed at GGF 13.

Some drafts bounced around the list in April 2005,
but that's not where an interested outsider should 
be expected to look.

Doesn't look very good, does it?
