[rm-wg] [glue-wg] GLUE Spec - draft 5 available

We still have not seen our requirements being added in latest GLUE schema
specification draft. Unfortunately, nobody from the Australian Grid will be
attending next week's OGF but we can discuss our requirements and ideas more
in detail with you (if you want) via AccessGrid.
