[rm-wg] Material Uploaded

I have uploaded the Ref Model doc v2.0A DRAFT to
https://forge.gridforum.org/sf/sfmain/do/downloadAttachment/projects.rm-
wg/wiki/8thJune2007?id=atch4438.  Everything up to section 2.2.4 has
been updated.  I am still working on the rest.  I'd like us to spend
some time discuss the structure, the depth we'd like to go to in this
revision and what if anything has changed wrt to the structure diagrams
as a consequence of OGF20 and the life cycle discussions.
