[rm-wg] New Meeting Slot - Every Friday @ 8AM PST (11AM EST, 4PM BST, 3PM GMT)

All,
 
I have had a lot of replies and the general concensus is that Fridays at
8AM PST (11AM EST, 4PM BST, 3PM GMT) works the best for most people.  We
will change to this time with immediate effect, so our next meeting will
be this Friday, 20th April, at the above time.  I will update the Wiki
pages to reflect this.  Please check Dave's state diagram as this will
be the main subject of discussion.  I will send out a formal reminder
shortly.
