[Risge-rg] First draft of collection of use cases

Dear list,

I have read the use case document and think that the description of the 
use case
are correct and enough.
Nevertheless, what we should think about is a more consistent "look and 
feel" of the
different use cases, as they disperse in some parts of the description.
