Dear All,

Please find next version of the ARI charter 0.3 (after Duane modification),

I would suggest Michael Sutter and Rainer would take now token over that 
version till Wednesday , and then
Milan and the rest of Elettra team would take it over till end of the week.

Please let me know in case you would not be able to work on the document
