[Risge-rg] next version and token to the document - 0.5

Dear All,

please find attached next version of the ARI charter document (Milan 
thanks for the changes),

now token will go to Franco, Davide and their team let say till Thursday,
then the token will go to Michael Schiffers and team in LMU.

Anybody else is interested in modifying the document?
If so just please send me mail so I could schedule next tokens to the 
document.
