[Risge-rg] New OGF group - ARI-WG has been approved

Dear All,

The new OGF working group , proposed by RISGE-RG -  Access to Remote 
Instrumentation in a distributed environment (ARI-WG) has been approved, 
gridforge project and email list are set up.
