[Risge-rg] New version of "RISGE collection of use cases" document

Dear All,
You can find here:

updated version of the collection of use cases document.

The size of the document is being decreased to 34 pages (previously 43),
most of the changes refers to the NMR use case, according to the 
suggestions and remarks.

Please let me know if you have any remarks to current version.
