[Risge-rg] RISGE-RG, proposition of logo, OGF template for future presentations

Dear All,

please find attached proposition of logo for our group (preleminary 
accepted on OGF in Seattle) and also the ogf template (modified by 
addition of our logo) for future presentations.

I will put this also on GridForge.

Please use group logo whenever you would mention during your 
presentations the RISGE-RG.

Please let me know if you have any comments
