[PGS-RG] BoF session at OGF20

I have requested a 90-minute slot at OGF20 in Manchester UK in May, to 
follow up on or discussions from Supercomputing07. Here's the relevant 
information to date:

Session Title: BoF - Software Licensing for Grids
Session Description: This session is an opportunity to follow up on the 
roundtable discussion held at Supercomputing'06 in Tampa in November.
Session Leader(s): Laura McGinnis, David Wallom
Session Agenda:
	1) Review slides and notes from SC06 session
	2) Overview of OGF chartering process
	3) Discussion re: whether or not to charter
	4) Decision re: next steps

The desired outcome for the session is to decide if the topic of 
Software Licensing is of sufficiently important and engaging to follow 
through with chartering a working/research/community group in OGF.
