[PGS-RG] Licensing Roundtable - time to contact vendors

Here is the list of vendors who will be at SC06. We would like to contact
them before the conference, to invite them to participate in the roundtable
discussion (Tuesday, Nov. 14, 3-4pm).

Allinea (debuggers, optimizers)
Aurora Vienna (WIEN2K software package)
CEI (ensight.com; simulation software)
Etnus (TotalView debugger)
Numerical Algorithms Group (NAG; mathematics, statistics, data mining s/w)
Platform Computing (LSF)
Wolfram (Mathematica)
Visual Numerics (IMSL numerical libraries)
The Math Works (MatLab)
Cluster Resources (Moab)
Altair (PBS)
The Portland Group (compilers)

If you have any contacts at these companies, please let us know. If you are
comfortable inviting them to the session, that would be great. If you'd
rather David and I handle it, just send us the contact information (name,
email, phone, etc) and we'll take care of it. 

I have attached a "call for participation"/invitation that can be used as
the contact tool, if that would help.

Also, if there are other vendors not on this list for whom you have contact
information and whom you feel should be invited, please let us know. It may
be that there will be representatives of those companies/organizations at
the conference, but not registered as exhibitors. This is how we're planning
to approach Gaussian, for example. 

The PGS-RG is not just me and David. We need help and support from everyone
on this mailing list to make things happen. You asked us to host a
discussion with vendors about licensing. Now is when we need to know who you
want to talk to and how we can reach them. Please help us make this event
successful, for PGS-RG, OGF, and the grid community!
